How to Create a Prospect List

carried out through Searching, Exact Spotter's resource for querying, analyzing and purchasing prospects.

IMPORTANT:  Users with a pre-seller profile will only be able to access Searching if permission has been granted by their Manager.


1.
 Log in to the Exact Spotter page.


a. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.




2. Access Searching   located on Spotter's side menu. 



3. After carrying out the desired filters, in the Searching  market potential  , you must click on .


By clicking on it,  you will be redirected to the Prospects preview page   with some exclusive data, such as:  Opening Date ,  Number of Employees  and  Estimated Revenue .


IMPORTANT:  The more filters applied when carrying out the prospect research, the greater the chance of seeing Leads with the desired characteristics. Using CNAE and/or Segment, for example, is a way to be more successful in the requested list.




4.  Check and define the prospects to insert in your list.

 

By clicking on  Create Custom List  you will insert only the  Prospects  that were selected in the presented list.



By clicking on  Create Complete List  you will create a list with all the results obtained in the filter performed. 




5.  Define the name of the list and the type of qualification you want and click  CREATE . 




Qualification types

 

• Qualify phone : By selecting qualification by phone, the Exact Spotter robot will validate their existence through analysis. 

• Qualify e-mail : By selecting qualification by e-mail, the Exact Spotter robot will validate their existence through analyses.

• No Qualification : Will not perform any validation.



 After clicking create, you will be notified by Spotter that the list was successfully created.




 

Note : The created lists can take up to 24 hours to qualify and release their use. This time is accounted for qualifying the information defined when the list was created. 

 

When clicking on distribute prospects ( ) and the list is not ready for use, Spotter will notify you with the message below:



 

Is there a possibility to buy prospects that are already in my sales funnel?

No! Spotter checks to validate all the leads that are in its base, to avoid repeat acquisitions.


What information is validated?

If a prospect is identified with the same CNPJ as a lead in your base, he is not included in the purchase list.

If the lead does not have a registered CNPJ (either by default or custom field), Spotter will verify it through the Lead Name ; Site; Telephone (Company and Contact) and Contact E-mail.


IMPORTANT Searching considers a repeat prospect to have at least TWO information equal to the Lead in your Funnel. Example : Lead Name and Website; Lead name and contact email, etc.   



Always keep the registration complete and updated to avoid acquiring existing leads.
