When we send an email within Spotter, it is possible to configure some options such as the possibility of sending a copy to the Manager and the Pre-salesperson, in addition to the sending time and the notifications that will be sent. To learn more about how to configure these options, follow the step by step below.
1. Access Exact Spotter and enter your login and password, then click Enter .
2. Then, access Settings > Emails from the side menu.
In the Settings option, there are several settings available and some will be presented below.
1. E-mail sending time setting.
By system default, the lead and the pre-salesperson do not automatically receive an email informing about the meeting. However, it is possible to configure this receipt easily and quickly.
In the E-mail Sending option , fill in the time in minutes that the e-mail must be sent to the recipients before the meeting, then click Save.
IMPORTANT : If the time in minutes is set to 0, emails will not be sent.
2. E-mail copy sending setup
To configure whether the Manager and the Pre-salesperson should receive copies of e-mails from scheduling and rescheduling, just go to the E-mail Copies option , check the desired options and click Save.
3. Notifications
Email notifications serve to remind the lead and salesperson that the scheduled meeting has taken place. By system default, the lead and the pre-salesperson do not receive an email informing about the meeting. However, it is possible to configure this receipt.
In addition, it is also possible to configure the sending of some notifications, such as sending an email to the pre-salesperson when receiving an Inbound Marketing lead. To activate these notifications, simply check the desired options in the Notifications field and click save.
