The public link is a link linked to the Lead sheet, where you can view all activities and work records, regardless of whether you are logged in to Spotter or not.

It is commonly used by salespeople to view information pertinent to the lead scenario prior to the sales meeting. It is not possible  to carry out any type of interaction with the Exact Spotter platform through the public link, such as:

  • Edit the lead;

  • Register calls;

  • Write on the timeline.

 To obtain the link, go to the Leads Base (Funnel) menu > Click on the " " next to a lead > Lead Details and access the public link, as shown in the screenshots below:

The salesperson responsible for the meeting will also have access to the public link through their e-mail, registered in the managerial Spotter. After scheduling the Pre-seller, the seller will receive an email like this:

Note that the public link is found between the  “Pre-vendor”  and the   meeting “Feedback Link” .
