For leads that are in the Sold stage within the spotter, it is possible to undo the sale within the system in a simple way.
1. Just access the lead details, click on More (3 dots in the upper corner of the screen) " " and click on undo the sale.
2. After that, confirm the action by clicking Undo.
3. Leads that have their sales undone will return to the stage they were in before they were marked as sold. Generally, if the standard process is followed, they will be returned to the qualifying stage.
Example: If the lead is in the Filter 1 step, is considered sold and then has the sale undone, it will return to Filter 1. In the case of the example below, it was in the Sold step and returned to the Scheduled step:
