Why are HTML templates in the center misconfigured in cadence?

I configured templates by HTML in the E-mails Center and they were correct, but when I took the same template to the E-mails Cadence it was misconfigured. What happened?

Cadence and Central are two different functionalities and use different services: the E-mail Center uses the API service either from Google or Outlook (with which we have integration) and these services are responsible for formatting the HTML template.

The email cadence, on the other hand, uses the Sendgrid service to carry out these submissions, so the HTML formatting is done by Sendgrid itself and which is different from the services in the Central. For this reason, central templates can be different in cadence and vice versa. Template formatting is not done in Spotter, but in the service used by each of the features. This service is external and not coded by Spotter.

If you have questions about how to assemble an HTML template for the Sendgrid service, you can access here and download some templates free of charge ;)
