Although it is possible to map fields, some of them are already sent to the RD MKT natively, without the need to perform the mapping.
The standard fields that are sent without the need for mapping are:
- Lead Name
- Origin
- Market
- Contacts
- Register
- Filters
- Comments
If there is more than 1 contact registered in the lead, all contacts will be sent to RD MKT and registered under the same company.
IMPORTANT: only contacts with registered e-mails are sent to RD MKT. If there is no email contact, the lead will not be sent to RD CRM.
