Funnel customization allows you to choose how a lead will leave one stage and enter another:
This option is only configurable when creating the funnel or creating a new step in an existing funnel, and cannot be changed after it has been created:
The exit funnel actions are the actions that define how the lead will advance to the next stage.
Currently we have the following possibilities in the system:
Manual: The Lead exits the step manually, you can drag the Lead to the next step or click on the double arrow to select the step that the Lead should go to:
Filter: The Lead needs to have the filter applied in order to be moved from stage. If you are qualified, you will go to the next stage and if you are disqualified, you will be discarded. In this option, a standard filter or a Feedback filter can be applied (both configured in Settings → Filters).
Scheduling: The Lead will move to the next step only when a meeting is scheduled within Spotter.
Sale: The Lead needs to be marked as Sold in Spotter to move to the next step. It is only possible to mark a lead as sold in a funnel that has this action as a step output.
