The Multiple Funnels functionality brought a series of evolutions to Spotter, one of them being the step configuration for receiving leads that comes from the native RD or Hubspot integration.
To carry out this configuration, access Settings → Integrations → Receiving leads and after carrying out the Marketing integration, it will be necessary to inform in which Funnel the leads must be registered.
If no funnel is selected, the lead will be registered in the 1st stage of the standard funnel.
IMPORTANT: Currently, leads are only registered in the 1st stage of each funnel.
Remembering that this option is only available for accounts with Multiple Funnels enabled, and only for native Digital Marketing integrations.
