Lead Distribution is a feature of Exact Spotter that aims to enable the user to restrict the group of salespeople who will receive bookings according to pre-established criteria.
In Spotter, it is possible to generate and extract a report that was scheduled and distributed based on distribution rules.
1. Login to the Exact Spotter page with a manager account.
• Enter your email and password, then click Login .
2. 2. After login, access the menu Accessing the Side Menu → Lead/Opportunities → Dist Report. of Leads
3 . To generate the report, the filters Pre-sellers, Rule, Group and Search period are available .
4. The report columns are: Schedule date, Lead name, Pre-Salesperson responsible for scheduling, Group, Distribution rules, Repetition and Priority.
Attention: When selecting any of the filters, the report is loaded automatically
5. Click on export to extract the report and that's it!
Now you can analyze schedules according to distribution rules.
