The Zapier is an integrator and is designed to facilitate communication between software. This article aims to show the step by step of an integration with Zapier to register leads to Spotter.
1. Access the website and log in to your Zapier account .
2. Click the Make a Zap button . You will be redirected to the Zap construction screen;
What is zap?
Zap is a type of integration. You can make up to 5 different zaps in the free version of Zapier.
3. Define when “ When this happens ..”
The. Choose the lead source app . For that, in the Choose App option, search and select Google Sheets .
B. In the Choose Trigger Event option, search for and select New Spreadsheet Row and click CONTINUE.
ç. In Choose Account link your Google Sheets account and click CONTINUE .

4. Choose the ACTION “ Do this .. ”.
The. In the Choose App option, search and select by Webhook by Zapier .
B. In the Choose Action Event option, search for and select Custom Request and click CONTINUE.
5. Configure the Template according to the data below:

B. URL = https://api.spotter.exactsales.com.br/api/v2/leads
ç. Data Pass-Through = (Empty)

and. Unflatten = YES
f. Basic Auth = ( Empty )
H. Headers:
i. Content-Type > application / json
ii. token_exact > Insert the Token . Access Spotter in the Settings menu > Integrations > Copy the Exact API Token .
6. After configuring the Template with the information above and clicking CONTINUE , do a shipping test.
7. If configured correctly and the test is successful, the created Zap will be presented in this way.
8. Click the buttonto change the status and Activate the sending of leads, after validation of the test .
There, your integration is finished.
