1. In Settings > Manage Integrations > CRM menu , click on the ' Field Mapping ' button located just below PipeDrive's general settings.
2. Select an Exact Spotter field that will be sent in the integration.
3. Define the details of the mapped field that will be sent in the integration. For example: if you selected the field Lead , options such as Name , Telephone , Site (of the Lead), Products , will be presented in the Attribute field . It will be the same with the other fields.
4. Select the PipeDrive field that you want to link with the mapping performed in Exact Spotter, to enter the information.
5. After completing all field links, click Save .
6. The grid below will list all fields mapped between Exact Spotter and PipeDrive.
IMPORTANT: It is not necessary to map fields that already come by default in the integration, namely Lead Name, Origin, Market, Contact, Pre-Seller Name and Email.
That's it, your configuration is done.
