In the Replies tab, it will present the list of emails answered by the campaign list contacts.

IMPORTANT:

- Access to e-mail cadence is only possible with a Manager or Pre-Salesperson with permission.

- Emails answered from campaigns are not recorded in the Lead's Timeline.

To access responses from campaign contacts, just go to Email cadence > Campaign, select the campaign you want to view responses and select the Responses tab or the Responses card.

In the responses tab, it will present all the responses that the contacts made to the emails sent in the campaign.

To access the entire response sent by the contact, just click on the message of the contact you want.

In the answers tab, it is also possible to evaluate if the contact is interested in what is being proposed or not, for that, just hover over  “ No evaluation”  and select one of the buttons in the Status column.

When selecting  Interested  and the contact is a prospect, that is, it does not yet exist in the Leads base, the status will be marked as Interested, the prospect will be converted to a Lead and the Lead will be registered in the Spotter base where it will remain in the Entry stage. The Create activity screen will also open, to register an activity for the Pre-salesperson linked to this new Lead.

Status   will change from “Not Reviewed”  to Interested

When selecting  Not interested,  it displays the Status Not interested and if configured for the next steps, send only to Not interested, it is sent to these marked contacts.
