Questionnaires/filters are the lead qualification tool, and sometimes that tool needs to be updated. Thinking of our customers in this extremely important activity, we have developed a functionality to duplicate questionnaires already registered in the system. So you can copy questions, answers, conditionals and hints with just one click.
For , go to menu Settings » Filters (Questionnaires) » Duplicate Icon .
Then confirm your action. Read the message before performing the action ;)
Duplicate filter will be created with Inactivated status. Spotter will confirm the duplication like this:
Now that your filter has been duplicated, just make the edits you need and turn it back on ;)
Remember to link the new filter to a step. If you need help with this, just follow the guidelines here .
