After a lead is marked as Sold , you can return it to the beginning of the funnel without the need to discard/retrieve using the cycle restart functionality. This will help you, if necessary, to make recurring sales on the same lead. By doing this, the lead cycle will be incremented and the new conversions will be considered normally in the metrics.
How to restart the lead cycle
On a sold lead, click the Lead Details ellipses , then Restart Cycle.
Giving Permission to a Pre-Salesperson to Start the Cycle
1. On Spotter's side menu, click Team .
2. On the selected user, click on (...) and then on Configure Permissions .
3. In the Lead section , look for Restart lead cycle and give permission as needed, clicking Save at the end.
How to keep previously populated responses in the filter when restarting the lead cycle
1. On the left side menu, select Settings » Filters (Questionnaires).
2. Next to the filter, click on the Edit option .
3. Keep the Keep filters response when restarting lead cycle box selected and then Save .
IMPORTANT: When applying the filter again to the lead, it will appear with the answers filled in as in the previous cycle, just changing and/or saving.
