Follow the steps described below to integrate Exact Spotter with Salesforce quickly and easily:
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email and password. Then click Sign in .
2. After login, go to Settings > Integrations .
3. In the Integrations menu, access CRM;
4. Select the Salesforce Integration option ;
5. Select the step that the leads will be sent to the CRM - Scheduling or Meeting Feedback ;
6. Click Save in the lower right corner.
By completing this step in Spotter, the integration will take place automatically the next time you access Sales Force.
IMPORTANT: Salesforce only allows integrations with Exact Spotter on its Enterprise plan or higher.
To carry out the integration of sellers, you must enter Spotter in Team (Side Menu) > Seller > Edit user in the registration of each one who will use the CRM;
In the “Edit Salesperson” window, it will be necessary to locate the “MORE” button, thus, the checkbox will appear to enable the integration of the salesperson with CRM Salesforce.
Once selected, the seller will receive an email to confirm the integration.
In the case of integration with Salesforce, it is not necessary to use the integration token.
Once the e-mail is received, the seller must confirm the eligibility to integrate the e-mail with Spotter. That's it, the integration is finished! ?
