How to integrate Agendor with Spotter? - Spotter V2

Agendor is a traditional national CRM used by small and medium-sized companies, with important features such as task control, sales funnel, mobile application, etc.

Follow the steps described below to integrate  Exact Spotter  with  Agendor  quickly and easily:

1.  Login to the Exact Spotter page  with a  Manager account . 

a. Enter your email and password, then click  Sign In .

 


2.  After  login,  go to  Settings  >  Integrations . 


 

3.  In the  Integrations menu,  access  CRM  and select the  Integration with Agendor option .

a. Enter the  Agent Token  in  the Adm Token field;

b. Click  Save  at the bottom of the page. 


 

4.  To identify the  Agendor Token , access the software page  and  log in. 

5.  After  login , go to  Menu  >  Integrations , located in the upper right corner.

 



6.  Copy the Token. 


 

 

Return to Spotter and finish the integration, including the  Token  in the Token Adm field   In case of doubt, consult  item 3  of this article.

7.  After this process, go to Spotter's left side menu >   Team  >  Salespeople  > choose the desired Salesperson and, in the ellipses, click  Edit user .


 

8.  To register the Token of sellers in  Spotter , just click on the  More  option and right after selecting the Agendor option  ,  adding the token and saving the configuration:


 



 

 



 

Remembering that for each seller it is necessary to insert their respective token provided by the Agendor.


For knowledge;


If the lead is resubmitted to Agendor for a new business opportunity, the current registration information will be overwritten with the new information obtained and resubmitted. The lead contact cannot be without email. If so, it will not be sent to the Agendor.

IMPORTANT:  For the information to be correctly integrated between the software, Agendor requires that the lead registration has the complete address in Spotter. Include the home/work address and its number. If the registered address does not have a number, fill in "0" (without quotes) or adopt a pattern to avoid discrepancies in lead information.



MPORTANT 2:  If you do not enter a landline number for Telephone 1 or Telephone 2, the telephone field in the Scheduler will not be filled in. Therefore, if only cell phone numbers are registered, the Agent will receive only one number and the other will not be filled in. For example:

 

Tel1 48 98888-8888


Tel2 48 91111-1111


phone field (worker) in the scheduler: empty;


Cell phone field (mobile): 48 98888-8888; 


and phone 2 ignored. 

 

Finished, now your integration with  Agendor  is already configured and ready to use!
