How to export a list of leads - Spotter V2

Exporting  leads  is indicated for cases in which you need to analyze your  lead base data  with more precision, thoroughness and dynamism, because with this feature Exact Spotter makes the main  lead information available  in a practical way, through delivered spreadsheets In your email.

Check below the options for extracting and receiving data from the  Leads Exporter.

• Possibility of extracting  only  the information contained in the  custom fields:  We understand that this information is very relevant for different processes, case studies and for crossing metrics extracted from  Business Analytics.
• Calculate the  time it took the  lead  to go through each stage of your sales  funnel  (or  pipeline)  : With the Conversions  option, the Lead Exporter   allows you to extract information about the  lead 's conversions , allowing you to calculate the time it took in each of the steps.
• Choose between the  8 options  which are the most relevant information for the moment:  Receive the spreadsheets separated by type of data.

Follow the step by step below to learn how to export  leads  from the base, with the  Leads Exporter , quickly and easily.

1.  Log in to the Exact Spotter page . 

1.1  Enter your email, password and click  Login .

2.  Access the side menu  Lead/Opportunity  >  List of  leads .

•  Filter the  lead  by name, using the  Search by lead field . 

•  It is also possible to perform an  Advanced Search,  querying through other information. To do so, click on the  Icon , located next to the option  My Searches , perform the filter as necessary and click on  Apply .  

3.  Select the  leads  you want and then a menu with several options will appear. Click  Export. 

4.  Define the type of export you want,  after selecting it, click  Confirm . 

• Registration Data:  Receive by e-mail, a compacted folder, containing all the registration data  of the  selected leads  .
• Custom Fields:  Receive a zipped folder by email, containing the spreadsheet with all the information contained in the custom field(s) of the  lead .
• Pains/Products:  Receive a compressed folder by email, containing the spreadsheet with all Pains/Products linked to the  lead;
• Questions/Answers:  Receive by e-mail, a compressed folder, containing the worksheet with all the Questions/Answers applied in the filters with the  lead .
• Scheduling/Re-scheduling/Cancellation of Meetings:  Receive a zipped folder by e-mail, containing the spreadsheet with all the information on the meetings linked to the  lead .
• Conversions:  Receive by e-mail, a compressed folder, containing the spreadsheet with all lead conversions  .

6.  After making the export request, you will receive an e-mail  with the requested exports attached . Simply click on the file attached to the email to download  the  zipped folder.

How to unzip folder to open spreadsheet in Windows.

1.  Once completed, select  the “ Show in folder” option in your browser's download  bar ;

3.  Then just click on the file to view.

Note: By default, the folder destination location will be the same as the zipped folder location. If you want to save in a specific directory, click on “ Browse…”  and select the desired location.

For your information, the exported file is in  .csv format . This format is accepted by any  spreadsheet creation and manipulation software  . Example: Excel, Libre Office, WPS Office, among others. 

That's it, the export procedure has been completed and  now all you have to do is use the data in the best way you want!
