This permission is intended to enable the function of exporting leads to pre-salespeople.
Lead export is generally used when there is a need to extract data from Spotter to import into another system or even to view data in a spreadsheet.
By default, pre-sales users do not have access to the Export Leads feature . With this permission, you will have more autonomy to manage leads , as well as assist in the team's work, giving more flow to the work routine.
Follow the step by step below to learn how to export leads from the base quickly and easily.
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email, password and click Login .
2. Access the side menu Leads > List of leads .
3. After opening the page, you will find the list of leads, select the ones you want and then a menu with several options will appear, click on export.
4. Define what type of export you want:
5. After carrying out the export request, you will receive an e-mail with the requested exports attached.
