This permission is intended to enable the recovery of leads for cases in which it was discarded.
Discarding usually occurs when the lead is not yet prepared to purchase your product, but is interested. The reasons are diverse and vary from market to market, this being just one example.
Just like lead viewing , retrieval is also allowed at different access levels. You must check and grant access to pre-sellers, according to your needs.
By default, Pre-Sales users do not have access to lead retrieval . With this permission, the Pre-Salesor will have more autonomy to manage leads , as well as assist in the team's work, giving more flow to the work routine, according to the level of permission obtained.
Follow the step by step below to release this permission in Exact Spotter.
1. Login to the Exact Spotter page with a Manager account .
2. Enter your email and password and click Login .
3. Access the menu Team > Pre-Salespeople > Configure Permissions
4. Enable the Retrieve Leads permission by selecting the Complete , individual or Use same as profile (as long as the default profile permissions are allowed cadence) option from the list.
5. Within Spotter we have some permission levels for pre-sellers, which can be extremely useful for optimizing processes and access.
• Use Same as Profile : Option that uses the permissions configured in the pre-seller profile.
• Individual: Pre-Seller will have limited access to their own Leads
• Groups: Pre-Salesperson will have limited access to leads corresponding to the group informed when granting access.
• Complete: Pre-Seller will have unlimited access to all Leads registered in the system.
6. After enabling, save the changes.
