How to integrate Hubspot CRM with Spotter? – Spotter V2

HubSpot  is a Sales CRM built to make it easy to organize, track ,  and grow your  sales pipeline  . It is the   world's largest digital marketing and sales CRM platform.

Follow the steps outlined below to  quickly and easily integrate Exact Spotter  with  HubSpot  :

1.  Login to the  Exact Spotter page  with a  Manager account .

a. Enter your email and password, then click  Sign In .

2.  After  login,  go to  Settings  >  Integrations .

 

3.  From the  Integrations menu  , go to  CRM  and select the  HubSpot CRM Integration option .

a. Enter the HubSpot CRM Token in the   Adm  Token field ;

b. Check the Delete deal, person, organization and activity  checkbox  when canceling meeting, if necessary ;

c. Click  Save Changes  at the bottom of the page. 

 



4.  To identify the  HubSpot CRM Token , go to the  software page  and  log in.

5.  After  login,  access the  Marketplace menu  located in the upper right cornerand select the  Connected Apps option .


 



6.  Access the  menu Integrations  >  API Keys  and click  Show , after that click  Copy.

a. If you don't have an API key created, click the  Generate new key  button to have the token created.


 

 

7.  Return to Spotter and complete the integration. After completing the integration, set up the  Default Funnel  and  Step  you want to send the  lead  from  Spotter  to  HubSpot 

8.  Click on  Define Funnel and Default Step for sending , select the  Funnel  registered in your CRM, to send the  leads.

 

 

9.  After defining the  Funnel  , choose the  Stage  you want to send the  lead  and click  Save Changes , at the bottom of the page.


 


10.  After this process, go to the menu  Team  >  Salesperson  > choose the desired salesperson and click  Edit User . 

 

  

11.  To register the sellers' Token in  Spotter , just select the  HubSpotCRM  option  in the CRM  field and fill in the  CRM User field  with the seller's access email to  HubSpot  and click  Save . 

 

 



IMPORTANT:  It is mandatory that the lead is registered with an email, otherwise the integration will not occur.

Done, your HubSpot CRM integration is now set up and ready to go.
