Integration with CRM Dynamics allows you to configure which Spotter fields you want to receive in the CRM.
This configuration is done within the integrations screen, available in the Field Mapping button :
This option is only enabled after completing the fields and authorizing the integration:
This configuration is recent, so its evolutions are yet to come.
Currently, only simple fields are allowed to be mapped, that is, fields that do not have options.
Later, it will be possible to map all types of fields, that is, fields of the list/combo and search type. This document will be updated when this improvement is implemented.
So remember: if a field didn't appear in the mapping, it's because its type doesn't allow mapping yet ;)
