Transfer seller

Have you ever needed to transfer a salesperson lead? There are several situations that can lead to this need, right?


Before in Spotter, to transfer a lead it was necessary to reschedule. But if the lead was already advanced in the funnel, this was not possible. You asked and we developed the seller transfer!


IMPORTANT:  this feature is available by configuring the permissions so that you can decide which user can transfer the seller. The user also needs to have permission to interact with the stage where the lead to be transferred is.




Let's see how it works?


You can carry out the transfer through the funnel or through the lead detail:


This option only appears when the lead already has a SELLER linked and allows you to transfer sellers without the need to reschedule.


For now, it will only be possible to transfer one lead at a time, manually . But we're already working so you can take this mass action!


What if the lead has a scheduled meeting?

When transferred, a check is made to see if the lead is in a step in which the entry action is scheduling and if the new salesperson has a conflicting scheduling.

  • If the salesperson's schedule is free, that is, if there is no conflicting event, the lead and scheduling metrics are transferred to that salesperson.
  • If the seller's schedule is NOT free, that is, there is a  conflicting event, the system will inform the user through a window (modal) asking the user to take the action to continue the action (transfer) or not. If you choose to continue the action, it transfers the meeting/metrics and notifies the seller via email that a new meeting has been created in conflict with an existing one.


If the Lead has already passed the scheduling stage and the feedback has already been completed, the Lead transfer will be carried out normally and the new actions involving that lead will be accounted for the new salesperson.


IMPORTANT:  No changes will be made to the CRM. Changes must be made manually.
