This permission is intended to enable the  lead  transfer function between pre-salespeople.

It can be used in different situations. For example, when the pre-salesperson needs to send a  lead  to another colleague, when a pre-salesperson leaves the company and these  leads  need to follow the stages of the sales funnel (or  pipeline ) in Spotter or even when a pre-salesperson is a team leader and needs to manage leads when another pre-salesperson goes on vacation or is away.

By default, pre-sales users do not have access to the Transfer  Leads feature With this permission, he will have more autonomy to manage  leads , as well as assist in the team's work, giving more flow to the work routine.

As with other types of permissions,  lead transfer   is also configured by access levels. You must release according to the identified need.
