This permission is intended to enable the function of marking the lead as sold by pre-seller users.
Spotter is a pre-sales software, that is, one of its roles is to identify and leverage the lead for the sales process. In Spotter, this resource is only used to measure the leads that were sold, after meeting with the seller.
Marking a lead as sold is done manually, there is no configuration to automate this procedure with Spotter's own resources.
The pre-salesperson with this permission will be able to help the manager's work, being able to optimize his work routine and give more flow to his own, with the completion of the lead stage within Spotter.
Follow the step by step below to release this permission in Exact Spotter.
1. Login to the Exact Spotter page with a Manager account .
a. Enter your email, password and click Login .
2. Access the menu Team > Pre-Salespeople > Configure Permissions
3. Release the Mark Leads as Sold permission as per the required level.

Within Spotter we have some permission levels for pre-sellers, which can be extremely useful for optimizing processes and access.
• Use Same as Profile : Option that uses the permissions configured in the pre-seller profile.
• Individual: Pre-Seller will have limited access to their own Leads
• Groups: Pre-Salesperson will have limited access to leads corresponding to the group informed when granting access.
• Complete: Pre-Seller will have unlimited access to all Leads registered in the system.
4. After releasing the permission, click Save.
