Spotter has many metrics to create and schedule reports in BA, but sometimes your operation may need some specific data that BA still cannot generate.
Some of the information can be obtained by exporting leads. This is the case of the date and time when the pv was able to schedule the meeting with a lead (and not the time the meeting was scheduled).
If you need this data, access the list of leads:
In order not to need to export 100% of the base, you can filter by periods and reference stage. In this case, let's filter by the scheduling step (which may have a different name in your funnel).
By selecting a reference stage, it is mandatory to define a period:
This way we will only filter the active leads (the discarded ones are in another tab, this process will need to be done there as well) that went through the scheduling stage in that period. Apply the filter to show the leads.
Then just select and export. The data we want to export is conversion data:
Just confirm and check your email:
File generation time varies according to data volume. They arrive in a zipped folder:
Just open the file and filter by the Scheduling event, the date and time are available for each lead:
We understand that information like this is valuable for high-performance management, which is why we are always looking to improve our BA. While we don't have this data in it, here you can get this very important information.
