How to use the "Search Leads" field - Spotter V2

To facilitate the search for leads,  Exact Spotter  has a field so that it is possible to search for leads on any page of the software.

The “ Search Leads ” field is always located at the top center of the Spotter page. 

The search can be done with information from the Lead, from the Lead's contact or even using information from custom fields. The information that can be searched for is: 

1 . Lead information :

• Lead name;
• Site;
• Phone 1;
• Phone 2;

2 . Contact information :

• Contact name;
• Contact email;
• Contact phone;

3 . Custom Fields :

• Here, searches can occur by additional fields created for the lead, such as:
• Values filled in custom fields of type Text;
• Values filled in custom fields of type Long Text;
• Values filled in custom fields of type Number;
• Values selected in custom fields of type Multiple Choice;
• Checked values in Single Choice custom fields;

After the search is done, the result is displayed in  bold , as shown in the image below:

It is still possible to access more information about the Lead and have access to several actions, by clicking on the name of the lead :  

On this screen, we obtain more detailed information about the Lead, and we have the option of using filters by action, for example: calls, emails, system records, logs.
