This procedure is indicated when the pre-seller connects his e-mail to the e-mail center, but due to google blocks, he returns to the login screen again. It's not common, but when this happens, we recommend that you re-authenticate with Gmail.

 

Follow the steps described below to re-authenticate with Gmail quickly and easily.

1.  Access the Gmail that you want to link to the e-mail center, click on the menu  > Account . 

2 . Click on Security which is located on the left side menu.




On the  Third-party apps with account access card  , click Manage third-party access . 



Click  Exact Sales , then  Remove Access .



Click  OK.

 

Clean cookies and browser cache on the spotter page, according to the figure below: 

 

  • Click ctrl+shit+i on the page that has the problem, a console will open;
  • After opening the console, select the Application >> Storage >> Clear site data menu on the top line, as shown in the image;



Access  Exact Spotter  and log back into the  E-mail Center .
