Report data is displayed under the cards. The table has two types of views.

A pivot table groups data like a pivot table.

The tabular format is ideal for generating lists and rankings, while the pivot table allows you to group and explore data.

Period

Regarding periods, reports can be dynamic or static.

• Dynamic reports: Dynamic reports use predetermined periods (Today, Yesterday, Current month, Last 7 days, Last 15 days, Last month) to adapt the query period according to the date they are accessed. For example: If you save a report with the period “Current month” in February, it will bring all the data for February. However, if you access the same report in March, the data displayed will refer to the month of March. The same occurs with the other predetermined periods.

• Static reports: Static reports are those where a custom period has been determined. For example, if you create a report with a period from 01/01/2017 to 01/31/2017, determined manually, the report will always display that period, regardless of when it is accessed.
