Save, Favorite, Export, Delete and Update reports - Spotter V2

Saving reports


To save a report, simply assign a name to the report and click save. The report will be available in the Report Library. Saved reports are available to the user who created the report unless they click the , making it public to the entire company. There is no limit to the number of saved reports.


 

Favorite a report

Once saved, it is possible to make a favorite report. To do so, just click on the icon on the action bar. Favorite reports are in the Favorites section of the Library and are displayed in the first row of reports. Up to 6 reports can be favorited.

 


exporting a report

 

Once created, it is possible to export the report in table or image format, which influences the type of file generated. The .xls format exports data as a table and the .jpg format exports the graph as an image. Reports can also be exported from the Report Library.



 

deleting a report

 

A report can be deleted from the Report Library or from the composition screen. Deleted reports are accessible from the Recycle Bin in the Reports Library and are available for 30 days from the date of deletion. After this period, reports are permanently deleted.



 


 

 

Updating a report


In addition, it is possible to choose the period of automatic update of the report, clicking on the icon .
