It is possible to inform an instant communication account in the contact register.
This information is sent in the lead diagnosis to the CRMs, API and in the email to the seller.
To inform the instant communication account, access the menu Leads Base (Funnel) > Register > Section contacts > Bookmark. Select the desired communication account and enter its link in the field beside it. In the example below, I selected the linkedin account, but other options are possible, such as: Instagram, Facebook, Skype, etc.
