What types of activities are available?
There are some activities that the pre-salesperson can do with their lead base. In this article you will learn what these types of activities are.
The pre-salesperson will be able to filter the leads by the activities they want to carry out at that time. For example, it is possible to list only the leads in which it is necessary to return the call and for that the pre-salesperson will select only the first option of the activity list.
Below will be listed the options that come predefined in the Exact software. To better understand follow the steps below:
View available activities
1. Access the “Activities” or “ Leads Base (Funnel) ” Menu on my sidebar;
2. A new window will open and the available activities will be listed.
3. Each activity has a corresponding icon. See below the types of icons:
a. The first item from left to right is Callback;
b. The second item serves to Check Availability for the Meeting;
c. Next, we have the Send E-mail activity;
d. Next comes the icon corresponding to “Others” and here the Pre-Salesor can perform activities that are not included in the list of available activities;
e. The next item in the sequence is the Continue Filter and serves to proceed with the qualification of the Lead in the process;
IMPORTANT: These are the activities that come predefined in the tool, however the Manager profile can, if desired, create new activities with customized icons. To find out how CLICK HERE .
