How does the seller complete meeting feedback? - Spotter V2

Through Spotter, the Manager will be able to register the Sellers so that the Pre-Seller can schedule appointments. Seller registration  does not allow access to the system,  all information will be sent directly via email, without the need to access the software.

Among the links sent by email, the seller will receive the  Meeting Feedback , along with the meeting scheduling link. In it, it will be possible to better assess the quality of the meeting scheduled by the Pre-Salesperson.

IMPORTANT:  After responding to the feedback, it is not possible  to DELETE  it, if the evaluation occurs with inconsistent information, in these cases Spotter makes it possible to resend  the feedback email for the seller to carry out the evaluation again.

Just click on the link, as exemplified in the image below:

 

Upon opening the link, the seller will be directed to the meeting feedback page, set up by the Spotter Manager. 

 


 


 

After answering all the questions, just click  Submit 

 

Based on the Feedback responded, it is possible to have the meeting qualification scheduled by the Pre-Salesperson:

 

This process is very important, as it aligns quality with Pre-Sales or productivity.
