How to enable "Rerate Feedback" Permission - Spotter V2

Feedback  is answered by the salesperson, after completing the scheduled meeting between the  lead  and  the pre-salesperson.

When permission is granted, the pre-seller will be able to  reassess the feedback  given by the seller via email, even after it has been sent to Spotter.

To release this permission, we have some types of levels related to  leads.  See below.


 


•  Use Same as Profile : Option that uses the permissions configured in the pre-seller profile. 

• Individual:  Pre-Seller will have limited access  to their  own  Leads

• Groups:  Pre-Salesperson will have limited access  to leads corresponding to the group  informed when granting access.

• Complete:  Pre-Seller will have unlimited access  to all  Leads  registered in the system.

Follow the step by step below to release this permission in Exact Spotter.

1.  Login to the Exact Spotter page  with a  Manager account . 

2.  Enter your email and password and click  Login .

 

3.  Access the menu  Team  >  Pre-Seller  Configure  Permissions 


 

 

4.  Enable the  Reassess Feedbacks  permission to the required level. 



 


5.  After enabling, save the changes.
