Spotter provides a questionnaire called Feedback and it is suggested that it be used to assess the quality of this meeting and the lead. When used, a link to give this feedback is sent to the seller's email along with the lead information:

In addition to the link in the scheduling email (lead diagnosis), Spotter also sends 4 reminders to the seller if he has not yet completed the feedback:
- First is right after the meeting ends
- Second is 24h (1 days) after the end of the meeting
- Third is 72h (3 days) after the end of the meeting
- Fourth is 168h (7 days) after the meeting ends
This is a defined behavior of the system and for now it is not possible to change it. After completing the feedback, the reminders that were scheduled are cancelled.
It is also possible to send this request manually, through the lead base or through the lead detail:
Oh! Leads who skipped the scheduling step will not have the option to resend feedback, okay? Feedback is an important quality tool, always remember to fill it in ;)
