How to mark a lead as sold in Spotter - Spotter V2

In  Exact Spotter , there is an option to mark the lead as sold. To perform this action, it is necessary to access Spotter through a Manager account, or a pre-seller account with permission for this functionality. Permissions can be edited by the manager, and you can see how to make this change by going here . 

The  mark as sold function  is available on the lead at all stages of the funnel, that is, at any time the lead can receive such a command.  

You can mark the lead as sold by accessing the  Leads Base  following the path:  

1 . Access the side menu and click on  Lead Base (Funnel) .

In the  leads base , you can view all the leads that are active in your sales funnel, being able to mark them as sold at any stage of the process.

2 . Locate the desired lead and view the functions enabled for it, following the path:

B.  Next, a box will open with some lead information. Click mark as sold, which is represented by the () icon.

Another way available to mark a lead as sold is on the LEAD DETAILS  page  , just follow the same iconographic path, where the option to  mark as sold  can also be selected, as shown in the image below:

3 . By clicking on the option  Mark as sold,  through the path of your choice, a new window will open, as shown in the image below:
