Feedback is answered by the salesperson, after completing the scheduled meeting between the lead and the pre-salesperson.
When permission is granted, the pre-seller will be able to reassess the feedback given by the seller via email, even after it has been sent to Spotter.
The feedback reassessment procedure is the same as the filter reassessment.
In Spotter, these two permissions were created separately due to the execution process in which, after the meeting, the feedback must be answered by the SELLER . Subsequent to this and, if necessary, the pre-seller will be able to re-evaluate this feedback, by changing the responses filled in by the seller.
Follow the steps below to learn how to quickly and easily reevaluate feedback .
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
2. Enter your email and password and click Login .
3. Access the side menu Lead/Opportunity > Lead base (funnel) .
4. Open the registration of a lead that is in the Qualified stage , clicking on its name and going to the Lead details , then scroll down the page to the Conversion history.
5. At the last stage, click on the icon " " to view the Feedback responses .
6. After viewing the feedback , you can change the answers to the questions, and to register the changes, just click on the Next button .
