Control your business process and increase sales using the RD Station CRM by Soluções Digitais. With this integration you can send Exact Spotter leads directly to RD Station CRM , creating more qualified opportunities.
Admin Token Configuration.
Access the RD Station CRM website and log in to your account;
Locate and Copy your API token by clicking on your Account (located in the upper right corner) > Profile
After copying the Token, log in to the Exact Spotter page .
Go to menu Settings > Integrations > CRM
Define the step that the lead will be sent to the CRM through this option:
After that, insert the RD Token when selecting it as a CRM option:
At the end, click Save .
Seller Token Configuration
Each seller has a unique token in order to direct bookings to their account. Each seller's token is displayed in the seller's RD Station CRM account, in the Account menu (top right menu) > Profile > My profile.
To register the sellers' information in Spotter , just access the Team menu (Side menu) > Sellers > Edit user > More , in integrations, select the RDStationCRM option in the CRM field and fill in the CRM Token with the seller's token and click Save .
That's it, your integration with RD Station CRM is done!
