To set up the nurturing process for dropped leads , prepare the following  templates:

Presentation

Content : Introduce yourself and briefly explain what your company does. Offer the recipient valuable information, such as a blog article or an infographic, to pique their interest in learning more about the topic. Make yourself available to call him when convenient.

Tip : Take the opportunity to build authority and credibility. Use words or phrases that demonstrate confidence and competence, such as "experts", "proven experience" or "best practices". This can help establish your company as a trusted source of information.

value statement

Content : Demonstrate the value of your solution to the recipient. Show how it can help solve specific problems the recipient is facing, and show examples of how your company has helped other companies or customers achieve similar results. Offer to call him the next day between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm the next day.

Tip : Use the principle of reciprocity. Before making an offer or asking for anything in return, offer something valuable to the recipient, such as a benchmark in their industry, an extended trial of your software, or a sample of your product. This can make it more likely that he will be more willing to consider your proposal or talk to you in the future.

Success story

Content:  Tell a success story of a customer that your company has already helped. preferably someone from his segment. Describe the results that were achieved and show how your company can help the recipient achieve similar results.

Send your company's linkedin and emphasize that you are available to serve them. Offer to call him whenever he wants, or contact him however you prefer.

Tip:  Use the authority trigger. Tell a compelling story about a customer success story that was having similar problems as the recipient. Show that your company has the expertise and authority to help the recipient achieve their goals.

Differentials

Content:  Highlight your company's differentials in relation to competitors. Talk about the quality of your product or service, personalized service and other factors that may be relevant to the recipient. Submit a content marketing material with landing page. Emphasize the value of the material.

Hint:  Use the scarcity principle. Show the recipient that your business offers something unique or rare that they might find valuable. Talk about unique features or services your business offers, and point out that these perks are limited and may not be available for long.

Special offer

Content:  Offer an extended (but not too extended) trial of your system, a sample of your product, a spot on a webinar, or anything else of value that lets him see the value you're offering. Reinforce that you are available to answer any questions, and that he can feel free to contact you if he is interested in extending the trial.

Tip : Use the principle of compromise and consistency. Before making a special offer, build a connection with the recipient. Show that your company understands their problems and needs, and explain how your offer can help them. Then make an attractive, personalized offer to increase the likelihood that the recipient will consider your proposal.

elegant breakup

Content:  Write an elegant and polite breakup, showing respect for the recipient's time and your interest in helping them. Make yourself available and signal that you look forward to talking to him at a more opportune time.

Tip  Use the reciprocity principle even in a break up email. Thank the recipient for taking the time to talk with you and for considering your proposal. Offer to help in the future if he needs some information or is interested in talking again. This can help make a good impression and keep the door open for future opportunities.
