Optimize follow up with the Activity Area - Spotter V2

The Activity Area is the result of studying good productivity practices in Pre-sales and suggestions from Exact Spotter users themselves. 

Some of the innovations are the possibility of applying different filters ( Period, Pre-seller, Company/Contact Name , etc.), registering activities with an optional Lead link and defining types of activities. In addition to the usability improvements of the renewed look!

To create a new type of activity, you must be logged in with the Manager profile. Go to  Activities (Side Menu) >  Click on the Gear icon   " " > Activities settings:


 


 

 

On the Activity Settings screen, you can view the list of available activity types. First in the list are the default software types, which cannot be edited or deleted.

 

To create a new type, click on the "Create Type" button .

  

On the next screen, enter a name for the type of activity and choose an icon from the list that best fits your registration. Click on the save button. 


 


Choose activity type icon > Save 


 



You can edit or delete the created activity types. Mouse over the activity type so that the Edit and Delete options appear. Simply click on the desired corresponding action to perform it.


 


IMPORTANT:  Only types that were not used in activity registrations can be excluded.  


Returning to the Activities screen, we have the filter options. It is possible to carry out filters by  Period  (day, week, month, year),  Pre-seller ,  Stages  and  Type of activity . By clicking on the magnifying glass on the right, you can search by lead name and/or contact name.



Below is the list of activities. Here you can find the  Lead Name ,  Activity Type  and  Funnel Stage Manager profile users can also view the salesperson responsible for the activity.


 

If you are logged in with the pre-seller profile, you can postpone, complete and edit the list of activities. Also, when clicking on the lead name, a new tab is opened directly in the lead detail and it is possible to postpone, complete and edit the activity there as well. 


 



To create a new activity, simply click on the 'Create activity' button.

 


Set the type and enter the date and time. Select the lead, contact(s), desired notification, and note (optional). Afterwards, click on the  ''Save'' button . 



IMPORTANT:  There is an option to create activities for the pre-seller without informing a lead. This feature can be used as, for example, a reminder for it to organize its base.
