Do you know how filter qualification ranges work? No? Do you still have questions? So understand better with us.

Currently we have five ranges that we call temperatures, they are:

• Very hot

• Hot

• Warm

• Cold

• Frozen

Each qualification or temperature range is obtained according to the number of points added to the filter responses, example:

To obtain one of the ranges, it is necessary to add an amount equal to or greater than the one configured for each range.

IMPORTANT: Not reaching the minimum sum of the Cold qualification range is automatically given as Frozen.

Filter 1's default setting to send Leads to the next stages of the funnel is reaching one of the temperatures: Very Hot, Hot or Warm.

For the following filters, the default settings for sending Leads to the next stages of the funnel are Very Hot or Hot. However, it is possible to edit the scoring settings of each filter and the minimum qualification as desired by going to  Settings > Filters (Questionnaires) > Choose the filter and click on the  pencil icon:

With the qualification temperatures or ranges, it is possible to have a better view of which Leads are really interested in your product or service. The tracks will give you more assertiveness in which Leads to direct to the seller.

Leads that do not reach the minimum temperature for the next step will be discarded and will be recorded in the lead timeline. They can also be accessed in the List tab of the Leads base.
