If within your pre-sales team you are a team leader or need to be someone responsible for rescheduling meetings in case another pre-salesperson is absent, you can obtain this possibility through the Reschedule Leads of Other Pre-Salespersons permission .
This will bring security, freedom and more agility in solving problems, preventing meetings from being held.
Speak to your manager to obtain such permission, if necessary.
Follow along step by step to learn how to reschedule leads from other pre-salespeople quickly and easily.
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email, password and click Login .
2 . Access the menu > Lead base (Funnel)
3 . Open the record of the lead that is in the Scheduled step.
In the Lead Register, you can view the scheduled meeting through the timeline, as well as schedule, reschedule and cancel the meeting.
4 . To reschedule the meeting, click on the clock icon " 
", as shown in the image below:
5 . You will go back to the Scheduling screen. Fill in all the data to reschedule the meeting:
6 . Choose the meeting time, click Schedule.
7. With that your rescheduling is complete.
