Allowing Guest Access to the Video Conference | Exact Meeting

Guests will need approval to enter the ExactMeeting room

IMPORTANT :  Only invitees and lead contacts need approval, active Spotter users do not.  

When waiting in the waiting room, the following screen appears:

1.  The moment the guest enters the waiting room, the host will be signaled:

2. The number of guests waiting for authorization will be displayed in the left corner of the screen:

3. When you click Waiting , the list of attendees in the waiting room will be displayed and you can individually accept or decline joining the meeting:

If you want all the next invitees to enter the meeting without authorization or that the entry is automatically rejected, you can select the option Remember choice  and Allow all or Reject all (as needed)

4.  After allowing entry, just wait a few moments and access approval will be signaled.
