Videoconferencing aims to provide an enriched experience using video calls directly in Exact Spotter for your meetings, in order to reduce manual processes and ensure greater control over meetings held between leads and salespeople. To configure it, it's simple:
1 . Go to Settings > Integrations .
2. Click Video Conferencing.
3. Under Videoconference, select the Use videoconference option .
Public Link
IMPORTANT: To allow the recordings to be available on the lead's public link, it is necessary to enable this option, as shown below:
Go to Settings (Side Menu) > Advanced Settings .
Select Public Link , and then check the option Allow to view videoconference card , and then just click Save
