In Exact Spotter, every time the lead changes the Funnel stage (Filter 1 > Filter 2, for example), the pre-salesperson must evaluate this stage.
Permission to Reassess Filters will be used for situations in which the pre-seller ( after being granted permission ) needs to reassess a filter.
IMPORTANT: It is only possible to reevaluate the last step that the lead was on.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to learn how to quickly and easily re-evaluate the last stage of the funnel.
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email and password. Click Sign in .
2. Access the side menu Lead/Opportunity > Lead base (funnel) .
3. Open the record of a lead that is in the Qualified step , click on its name and then scroll down the page to the Funnel option .
4. Click on top of the last stage of the funnel, on the Arrow icon to view the Filter " 
" .
5. You can also change the answers to the questions and to record the changes, click on the Next button .
6. You can see if the reassessment was completed successfully through the lead's history.
